Use this workflow when you want to turn your research and source material into a complete SEO and AEO-focused page.
Run all four prompts inside the same AI conversation or project. This allows each step to build on the research and answers from the previous step.
Before beginning, add:
Paste this prompt first to see what your competitors missed.
"Analyze the competitor articles in my sources against my target keyword list. Identify 3 to 5 important subtopics or user questions that the competitors failed to cover deeply. Explain why covering these gaps will help this page rank higher."
Use this prompt to build the structured text that AI answer engines love to pull into chat results.
"Based on our product FAQ guide, what are the top 3 questions users ask about this topic? For each question, write a direct, 2-sentence answer using clear, simple words. Start each answer with a direct 'Yes', 'No', or a definition so an AI search assistant can easily clip it."
This prompt combines your findings into a clean outline.
"Create a blog post outline using the gaps from Step 1 and the AEO blocks from Step 2. Include suggestions for H1, H2, and H3 headings. Mark exactly where the Q&A blocks should go to maximize our chances of winning a featured snippet."
Finish by creating the meta data that appears on regular Google search pages.
"Write 3 different options for an SEO Title (under 60 characters) and a Meta Description (under 160 characters) for this post. Make sure they use our primary keyword and sound enticing to a human searcher."
Load 5 to 6 high-quality sources per project rather than overloading the workspace on day one.
AI is a powerful assistant, but the human creator is always responsible for the final output. Always verify links and facts before publishing.
